Parent in a way that works best for you and your family without stressing about what others may think. Trust your body and your instincts, even if it goes against what your mom, your sister, your BFF, or even your pediatrician is telling you. 
And last, times are way different for us since our mamas were new mamas and the internet provides us with a wealth of information. If you learn new info that changes the way you do things (i.e. breastfeeding support, when to start solids, car seat safety, etc.) don’t feel guilty about what you did before. We’re all doing the best we can with the information we have at any given moment.
