Jeep Liberty Sport X Stroller
I held off on purchasing a stroller until after my little one was born. I had my Moby and my Ergo, and didn’t really see the need for a typical stroller right away (especially since we didn’t purchase an infant car seat right off the bat).
I didn’t want a typical city stroller as I live out in the country. Most of my walks consist of changing terrain, lots of bumps, dirt, grass and rocks. Most strollers can’t handle that, so I didn’t want to waste my money on something that wouldn’t get used often.
So, when I came across the Jeep Liberty all-terrain stroller, my eyes immediately were drawn to it.
It is an orange and black stroller with a super large umbrella canopy. It has three 12” inflatable wheels and a huge basket to store things under the stroller.
The front wheel pivots on a dime and is so easy to maneuver, but it also has the capability to lock for jogging or when on uneven surfaces.
The seat uses a five point harness that can be adjusted to your baby. I started using the stroller around two months and had Anna completely reclined. She has taken many naps in her stroller! The recline is adjusted by a strap in the back and really allows you to customize the recline.
The only con I can see with this stroller is that it is a bit heavy. It weighs around 35 pounds, and while I have done it, it is somewhat difficult to open/close and remove from my vehicle with only one hand.
Additionally, while the stroller has the capability to work with certain brands of infant car seats, it doesn’t specifically list which ones on the Babies R Us website. It said it was compatible with “some” Safety 1st brand infant seats, but mine did not work.
Overall, if you plan on using your stroller only in the city, this probably isn’t the stroller for you. But, if you are like me and your daily walks consists of bumps and rocks— you have to get a Jeep all-terrain stroller!
